A little bit about me…….

I moved to Reno right after I finished school at Utah State University. In 1987 I decided I would like to sell homes. After moving to Alaska in 1988, I sold houses night and day, at 55° below zero and under the midnight sun.  It was a lot of fun and I was totally immersed in my business.

Our Story

After a couple years of working and a major shift in my life, I moved back to Reno. The town had changed.  It had grown so much. There were new streets and new subdivisions, places I had never been before.  I secured a job selling new homes in a community and sold new homes for many years after - for many builders, in good times and in bad.  I sold for Taylor Woodrow, Caughlin Crafted Homes, Neuffer Homes and Development, and Altmann Construction in sales and as a marketing manager.

Brokerages I worked for included Re/Max Realty, Realty 500, and Dickson Realty. Because I sold homes that I had an ownership interest in, I started my own company.

I am the broker-owner of Sierra Signature Realty, Incorporated, which is an active member of the Reno-Sparks Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.  I was awarded a 25-year REALTOR® pin for continual membership service in Reno-Sparks, wow that’s a long commitment.

I pursued my higher education at Utah State University and continued my marketing degree at Truckee Meadows Community College and equine science at UNR.

I specialize in listing and selling horse properties in and around Washoe Valley, Carson, Dayton, Reno, Minden, and east to Stagecoach, Fernley and Fallon. Almost all of my business is referral.

I also represent buyers and sellers with resale, manufactured homes, new construction and vacant land acquisitions in all price ranges.

Learning keeps a person young and I continually take classes to keep up on the latest issues as they relate to real estate and working with people (oh, and computers).

My husband and I make our home  in Washoe Valley. We share it with our mini Aussie and two horses. We have ten grand kids and one great grand son.  I am a 4-H assistant leader for a very active horse club in Washoe with 10 years involvement.  I ride often and here I am finishing a 100 mile ride, the Western States 100 at 4am, also known as the Tevis Cup. It is one long, tough ride.  I’ve completed it four times and hope to do it again!
